Happy Camper Art Camp (4 Day Camp and 1 Day Friday Camp) @ Imagine That Studio
Monday June 10 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join us at the art studio for a ton of creative fun this summer! Each 4 Day Camp is scheduled Monday through Thursday with a unique theme that will inspire our weekly projects. The 1 Day Camp is offered on Fridays as an extension to the theme of the week. Each camp will be required to pre-register.
These drop off 4 Day Camps are designed for kids ages 8+.
Each camp will run from 9AM-12PM and 1PM-4PM is $140 per week. There is also a 1 Day Camp on Fridays from 9AM-12PM is $45 per day. The Friday Camp will be optional and an additional registration. Artists will be offered a snack break. Please bring one snack and water bottle. There will be one instructor with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 artists. All artists will take home artwork upon the completion of each camp with the exception of CLAY CAMP and pottery. A separate pick up for artwork will be required. All camps are required to pre-register and walk-ins will not be offered.
Summer Open Studio hours are scheduled from 1pm-4pm Fridays, 10am-4pm Saturdays, and 1pm-4pm Sundays. These are times for walk-in art making with your family. This is not a registered time and adult supervision is required.
**PLEASE NOTE: Each camp will include a variety of projects in painting, drawing, pottery, and other mixed media. Artists will create 3-4 projects at each camp. Each camp will have a variety of styles and techniques used on the projects in that theme.
WEEK 1 June 10-14
9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m. Theme is HAPPY CAMPER everything woodland animals, vintage campers, and camping under the stars.
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is HIDDEN JUNGLE from leopards to frogs and all the tropical vibes.
WEEK 2 June 17-21
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Theme is SWEET TREATS where you can paint your favorite cupcake and join us for an special animal tea party you won’t want to miss! YUMMY!
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is UNDER THE SEA from with coral collages, frilly mermaids, and, of course, star fish and seashells.
WEEK 3 June 24-28
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Theme is INFINITY& BEYOND. This camp is out of the world with rocking rockets and STEAM fun. Super COSMIC!
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is COUNTRY LIVING. Travel Up, Up & Away in a hot air balloon with fluffy sheep and potted petunias art camp.
WEEK 4. July 1-3
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Theme is ENCHANTED ADVENTURES with castles and dragons galore!
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is CRUSTY CRUSTEACEANS. Get creative creating a crusty crab, shrimp, and star fish.
WEEK 5 July 8-12
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Theme is ENCHANTED ADVENTURES with crowns, swords, and noble knights!
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is CRUSTY CRUSTEACEANS. This crusty camp is for the lobster lovers. Join for a tide pool of a good time.
WEEK 5 July 15-18
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Theme is SECRET GARDEN with fluttering butterflies, bees, and blossoms!
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is CHRISTMAS IN JULY and celebrate with some jolly art. Paint your own Christmas tree, santa mug, and ornaments. Special appearance from Santa!
WEEK 7 July 23-26
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Theme is LAYERED LANDSCAPES, explore color and line with whimsical watercolor and paint!
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is BEACH PARTY and we are partying like animals with our sand between our toes!
WEEK 8 July 29-August 2
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. THEME is FAIRY FOREST and will feel the magical moments of creating fairy gardens and fairy fun.
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is GLOW CAMP. Create eye catching glow in the dark art and a special splatter art studio creation.
WEEK 9 August 5-9
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Theme is POP ART. Learn about art history with famous artist Andy Warhol.
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is CLAY CAMP. Get your hands dirty and join the mud club! Handbuilding clay projects and a chance to take a spin on the potter’s wheel!
WEEK 10 August 12-16
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Theme is DAZZLING DINOSAURS where you travel back in time to the Jurassic period and create dino-tastic art!
1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. Theme is CLAY CAMP. Get your hands dirty and join the mud club! Handbuilding clay projects and a chance to take a spin on the potter’s wheel!
Participants will be required to attend all scheduled days and no refund will be issued for missing days.
All Sales are final. No Refund. Any scheduling conflicts can be vouchered for another summer camp within 24 hour notification by email and will expire in 6 months.
