Party Refund & Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to be paid upon booking of any party. Deposit amount will be put towards final billing on the day of the event and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel a store voucher will be issued. Please notify us at least one week in advance of party bookings if you are need to reschedule or cancel.
Party Bad Weather Policy
Hey, snow happens! We will do our best to make sure we can host your party no matter what, but of course we understand that a last minute reschedule for snow will happen. For safety reasons, you will have the option to reschedule your private party to an open date.
